This is a chemical starter kit that can be used in any hot tub. Well, it's definitely a 'start-up' kit! Enough to get the spa up and running but be prepared to purchase chemicals fairly soon for maintenance! Also, there are instructions to correct certain water conditions but no products(s) supplied to do so. Low alkalinity water was the first one that comes to mind. Overall the kit will get you going but that's about it. Also, the quantities of chemicals in the kit that are supplied makes the kit quite pricey when compared to the chemical quantities/prices when purchased at a retail level. The problem is the average purchaser is not aware of what is needed but that can be addressed if one downloads and studies the owner's manual prior to purchase. This cover shelf works as stated, but when we first installed and pushed the cover onto it, the whole thing fell and ripped out of the side of the spa. This tore the panel. We reinstalled using longer screws (that we purchased) and it has held up since. We also built supports from the groud to the shelf, just for our own peace of mind.. Barbara. Purchased the 84x84 6” radius . Pro Fit perfectly . My radius measured was 5 12” i chose to round up vs down and everything fit perfectly. Creates a seal around your tub. When I opened lid I heard felt a suction, and my tub set at 98 resting was 101 when i took the lid off. Really keeps in the heat . Pro Wayfair Delivery team was earlier than expected , in wayfair uniform , courteous, spoke fluent english and we gave them a nice tip and few bottles of water to go They even stuck around while we unboxed but told us if we wanted to exchange etc to call customer service . Con If you size down, the skirt won’t cover the edges. the skirt is 3-4” not five . Con Not sure how long this will last . It’s construction as you can see by the photos is shoddy at best with all the wrinkles. Another reviewer complained about the wrinkles also . Whomever is sewing these does not know how to sewstretch corners and the factory doesn’t have a corner stretcher Con No vapor barrier . My old lid had a thick blue plastic vapor barrier around the styrofoam. You can see the white styrofoam through the tiny dime sized drainage holes . Con Two dime size cut out drainage holes in the lid -cut out no grommets . Our lid didn’t take any water on yesterday , however the water level was low due to my husband accidentally cannonballing into the tub when we were swapping old lids. Update Approx 1 year later , had one issue with a little black mildew around the two interior water outlets used spa cleaner and never saw them again. Holds the heat in perfectly and doesn’t allow rain, we also have an extra soft cover (also on wayfair around 65) and that combination i believe helps keep our heat in, rain out and electric bill affordable ..
