It's a little bulky, so it sits awkwardly in my lap when I'm on the couch. But I make it work. Also, the slots for tablet and phone, don't slant enough, so the device sticks straight up. It’s really handy and would make a great gift. The slot holds a pen or can act as a cell phone stand. The round part holds my mouse or a cup. Works well for writing in bed, too.
