The flavor is so much better steeping it at the right temperature and at the the right time. This Zojirushi - VE Hybrid Water Boiler & Warmer is a wonderful invention indeed! With this, I always have a hot water ready for me to use for the kind of tea that I have. It is very easy to operate and easy to fill and empty. I can also use the hot water for making other things like ramen noodles, coffee, etc. Also the best thing about this is that it is has a vacuum option that keeps your water hot at 160. It is very easy to reboil if I need a hotter water. The swivel bottom is very convenient to move it around. The cord is not magnetic though but that is okey.
