I needed something to hold my pots and pans as the cabinet space in my apartment kitchen is not that much. This cart actually fit the bill perfectly. I love the fact that it has locking wheels, side spice rack (where I keep my most used spices), the wooden counter top when expanded is great for when I make my bread and pizza dough and it also doubles as a dining table, while I wait for mine to be delivered. . I was a little skeptical as to how sturdy it was going to be with wheels, but surprisingly it’s good to go. Beautiful addition to our small kitchen! The package was delivered slightly destroyed, but the items inside were perfectly fine. The instructions for building the item were pretty easy to follow- it took 2 of us around 2 hours to complete. I would suggest pulling out all of the items and making sure you know what is what before beginning. We didn’t do this and ended up switching around different screws, but it all worked out.. Cleo. This is a much more “real wood” feel than I expected. The leaf and drawer function wonderfully. I didn’t give it five stars for two reasons. The dowel rods should, in my opinion, be painted, perhaps a high gloss black to match the hardware. They look strange unfinished and detract from the piece. The curve cut to the side shelves is kitschy and unattractive and two of the directions are inaccurate. Otherwise I am quite happy with this piece. After having all of our itty bitty counter space in our kitchen being taken up by appliances, I needed something to help with organization and allowing me to have some type of workspace in the kitchen. This cart was PERFECT for all of my needs. The width was perfect for my already existing coffee shelf, but now it feels like I have an actual coffee bar, while also storing our toaster oven and proteins & supplements on the bottom shelf. Assembly was easy, my fiance and I got it together in less than 15 minutes. A great cabinet for my collection. There were some damages to some pieces. They are inside so I did not contact wayfair to correct it. Very sturdy. Took 4 hours to build! Worth it in the end. First off i ordered green and got white, green matches my home better. The cart on the other hand is ridiculously adorable. I really like the island. It was pretty easy to put together and good quality. I really needed extra counter space and this provides a great amount with the leaves up and a small footprint with them down. Not a lot of storage space, but that wasnt my goal. The dimensions for the inside of the drawers is not correct. They are 3 H x 9 W x 10 D. They do recommend that you seal the wood top for protection from liquids. There are lots of options. What a nice addition to our lower level kitchen! This Red Barrel Studio kitchen trolly (Island) came with lots of parts, and excellent instructions. My husband put it together in approximately two hours. All parts were clearly labeled and screws etc were packaged by number.
