Gorgeous barstools! We have gotten so many compliments on the quality and the sturdiness of this chair it does take patience to assemble and unless you are a very strong person you will need assistance in assembling the chair because it is a swivel chair and the instructions are not as simple as it sounds. The screws on the bottom do come loose from time to time so you do need to check those at least once a week I don’t know why they loosen but they do other than that it is a gorgeous gorgeous barstool we ordered two for our island and we love them! I am not sure why but the finish on one of the chairs is pilling off of the edge you can take a pencil/crayon of the same color and touch that up and it will not be noticeable Are use E but if pledge on a microfiber cloth, The polish does not go directly on the chair it goes onto the cloth end it seems to work fine I do not like to put any kind of polish directly on my furniture . We just moved into our home so these just got assembled about three weeks ago so I’m not sure why it is already wearing Especially in that area because there is nothing up against the backside of the chair. Very well made! Everything about this chair is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is sturdy and yet elegant. It adds such a regal texture to the atmosphere of our eating area. So glad we took advantage of the WAY DAY sale and bought them, but even not on sale, they would be worth every penny. One word of caution when assembling, do not tighten screws on legs at seat base, until you have lined up the foot rest at the bottom. You will need two people to ensure you get this done correctly. Also, when putting the back/arms on the chair, it is easier if you rest the chair seat upside down on a box and then attach them (see pics). This will enable you have a stable setting to keep chair base from moving as you align screws with holes. Again, do not tighten screws fully on chair back or arm rests, until you have all screws inserted and lined up. Otherwise you might find yourself taking areas apart, in order to get it right.
