Overall, I’m satisfied with the product. Assembly was easy and no additional parts were required. However, during assembly I found a puncture and discoloration on the wall of the cottage. There was no damage to the box it was shipped in, so I had not checked the plastic wall before assembly. I will be keeping the product. I can live with the mark. My daughter truly loves it, but the materials are not that great so I can’t give it 5 stars. The wood pieces have a very strong paint smell and they chipped very easily. I’m very worried that my daughter my get splinters so I might get some epoxy or something and apply over them. The holes for the metal holders on the side panels are too big so they don’t stay in place. I think using super glue or wood glue can help them stay in place better. Overall assembly wasn’t too hard. Super cute but smaller then it’s supposed to be. The description said up to 4 kids and there is no way. Also said kids up to age 14 could fit. Not quite! But my 5 year old loves it. I love this house. Not only is it ADORABLE, but the size is just right for both our condo patio and our twins. With teamwork, it was assembled in a couple of hours. We put a kitchen inside ours because space in our house for a play kitchen is limited. I rated it a four which I really think it is a four and a half because the food shown in the picture did not come with the playhouse and we have been unable to find the exact food pictured especially the kabobs even on your site. Kids love playhouse great size and sturdy once out together. Delivery of product was not idea box had completely fallen apart. Driver was super helpful. Searched back of truck to get most all pieces.
