The first footboard that we received had issues. First, there was a small damage but we decided we can fix it so no big deal however, the other issue is the hole on the footboard doesnt fit the left leg of the bed. I requested for a footboard replacement and waited for i think more or less 2 weeks. Its really worth the wait because the replacement that they sent is perfect and way much better than the first one. I saw on our camera how careful the delivery was in handling our package. I hope all drivers are like them. We finally assembled our bed and couldnt be happier. Its a beautiful and sturdy bed. We are pretty sure that this bed would last until our retirement.. Donna.
