Let me start with the packaging. I have got other bar stool as well and some time the packaging itself is bad causing stool inside to get damaged or some parts to get lost. For this order it was well packaged so there was almost no chances of damage. Assembling was easy. It comes with all the parts for the task and it took me about 20 minutes to make both of them ready. The color being advertised is exactly same as original one. The seating seems good quality and sturdy enough. Height adjustment works perfectly not a slight movement downward once height is adjusted. The black color make it looks good and make cleaning more easy. 360 movement is smooth without any noise. We purchased these as an interim solution while awaiting our made-to-order counter chairs which were to take 4 months (maybe longer) to make and deliver. However, once we received them, they become “the solution”! These chairs are sturdy, well made, and light enough for the kids to lift. The seat is comfortable, and has a leather look that is easy to clean. The chair needs a little muscle to fold/unfold. The seat height of 25.5” works really well for our 36” counter from our shortest family member (3.5 ft) to our tallest family member (6 ft). Being that the chair is on the narrower side, we were able to fit 4 chairs comfortably under a 93’’ long counter (See Photo). The high backrest peaks a bit over the counter (See Photo). We ordered 2 sets of chairs. One of chairs came with a little rip on the seat (See photo). We reached out to Wayfair, and we received a replacement the following week. I was so pleasantly surprised with these barstools! They really are great quality. They were packaged so well for delivery.
